DSS, Inc. Announces Comprehensive Care Coordination (C3) Implementation at VA Mountain Home Healthcare System

Document Storage Systems, Inc. (DSS, Inc.), a leading provider of health information technology (HIT) solutions for federal, private and public healthcare organizations, today announced that the Veterans Affairs (VA) Mountain Home Healthcare System has implemented its Comprehensive Care Coordination (C3) solution.

Designed to help the VA reduce avoidable readmissions through real-time patient surveillance, alerting, documentation and reporting, C3 empowers care teams to provide the right care to the right patient at the right time.

The VA Mountain Home Healthcare System implementation started with a Proof of Concept, and evolved into an official go-live for user feedback in December 2021. This user feedback is driving the next phase of development for general release readiness.

The user feedback will also drive new capabilities and tools for the facility that will enhance patient care by improving user workflow and satisfaction.
