Mark Byers, President of DSS, Inc., Named 2022 FedHealth IT Hall of Fame Inductee
Highest Honor Represents Decades of Success Improving Healthcare Technology
Recognized as being part of an exceptional group of individuals that have time and again been winners of the FedHealthIT100 Awards, DSS, Inc. is proud to announce that Mark Byers, President of DSS, Inc., has been named a FedHealth IT Hall of Fame Inductee for 2022.
Before joining the FedHealthIT Hall of Fame, Byers had been honored as a FedHealth IT100 winner for three straight years. These awards are chosen by industry peers and are recognition of Byers’s decades long commitment to improving healthcare delivery.
Throughout his career, Mr. Byers has been dedicated to using new technologies and finding ideal solutions that streamline workflows, reduce care costs, and provide higher quality of care for patients.

Byers is a Service-Disabled Veteran (United States Air Force), and co-founder of DSS. His professional software development experience spans almost 45 years in the data processing industry and development of electronic document management software. Byers’ leadership has resulted in health IT solutions that have delivered billions of dollars in proven savings annually for medical centers across the country.
